Primary Care

Welcome to Magnolia Primary Care, where your health and well-being are our top priorities. We
provide comprehensive primary care services for adults in a compassionate, patient-centered
environment. Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, seeking preventive care, or in need
of support during a health crisis, our team is here to help you every step of the way.
What is Primary Care?

Primary care is your first point of contact for all of your general health needs. It’s the foundation of good health and long-term wellness. Our providers work with you to build lasting relationships that support your health goals through every stage of life.

We focus on:

  • Preventive care and wellness exams
  • Management of chronic conditions (such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and heart disease)
  • Acute care for common illnesses and injuries
  • Health screenings and routine lab work
  • Mental health support and medication management
  • Vaccinations and immunizations
  • Women's health, including Pap smears, contraception, and menopause management
  • LGBTQ+ inclusive care
  • Referrals to specialists when needed
  • A Judgement-Free, Patient-First Approach

At Magnolia Primary Care, we are committed to providing inclusive, nonjudgmental care for every patient who walks through our doors. We recognize that health care is not one-size-fits-all. Our team takes the time to listen, understand your needs, and develop a care plan that aligns with your values and goals.

Comfortable, Compassionate Care for Patients Struggling with Addiction
Magnolia’s practice was initially built on our Addiction Medicine and Behavioral Health Services. Along with providing care to all people in our community, we are excited to now offer Primary Care services to the patients who have traditionally come to us for addiction treatment and mental health support.

Our Primary Care Providers also have extensive experience in harm reduction and are deeply committed to supporting patients who are navigating substance use and addiction. We offer compassionate, evidence-based care that prioritizes safety, dignity, and respect. We understand that stigma and fear can be barriers to care, and we strive to eliminate both. No matter where you are in your recovery or treatment journey, you will be met with understanding, honesty, and support with our Primary Care team, just as you are with our Addiction Medicine team.
